Terms of service

These terms apply to Minit on the web (minit.aznmtech.my) and in the Minit apps. By creating an account or using Minit you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Minit.

The service

Minit records or receives audio, video links and files from you and uses AI to produce transcripts, meeting minutes, study notes, guides and action items. Minit is currently offered free of charge while it is being tested, and features may change.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Give a real email address you control.

Your content

• You keep all rights to the recordings you add and the notes Minit makes from them. You allow us to store and process them only to provide Minit to you (see the privacy policy).
• You must have the right to record and upload what you add. Tell people when you record them, and follow the law and your organisation's rules on recording, confidentiality and official secrets.
• Only paste YouTube or other links you are allowed to use, and respect the creator's copyright when you share notes made from them.

AI results

Transcripts and notes are written by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or misattribute who said what. Always review minutes before you send, sign or rely on them. Minit is not a substitute for an official record unless a person has checked it.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Minit for anything illegal, to record people secretly, or to harass anyone.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or access other users' data.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and liability

Minit is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made from AI-generated notes.

Ending

You can stop using Minit and delete your account at any time. If we ever close Minit, we will give notice in the app so you can export your notes first.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
