Delete your Minit account

You can delete your Minit account and everything stored for it at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone, so export any notes you want to keep first (PDF or Word).

How to delete

• On the web: Account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.
• In the app: Settings → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.
• By email: write to azrul393@gmail.com from your account's email address. We delete it within 30 days and reply when done.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email, password and Google link.
• All recordings (audio files and YouTube links), transcripts, speaker names, notes and action items.
• Every sign-in on every device.

Deletion in the app or on the web happens immediately.

What is kept

Short-lived server logs (for security), which are removed automatically. Files you exported or shared before deleting stay wherever you saved them.
